Data Intensive Computing for Applied Bioinformatics

Data Intensive Computing for Applied Bioinformatics will introduce students to research computing and the skills needed work with big data sets. A bioinformatics project will be used as the example project. The course is targeted to students with little or no computing or bioinformatics experience. There are no prerequisites for the course.
